Community involvement, civic engagement and volunteering have been a focus of Laura Love’s since she founded her creative agency, GroundFloor Media, in 2001. Join Laura and her CenterTable colleague, Jim Licko, as they shine a light on the critical issues facing Colorado told through the eyes of the leaders making a difference in our community. What grounds us to the realities we are facing as a state? What good can we do – as individuals, families and companies -- to help shape our future? How can we get involved in meaningful ways? Episodes are purposefully brief (10-20 minutes), and are based on the important matters in the news with interviews from well-respected Colorado-based leaders.

For more than 50 years, the National Sports Center for the Disabled has had an unwavering commitment to seeing the “able” in everyone. No one knows this better than the 12-time marathoner, Tough Mudder adaptive athlete finisher and sit-ski racer pursuing his Paralympic dream for Team USA – Mike Murphy. Mike is joined by NSCD CEO Kim Easton on this week’s episode of Good and Grounded to talk about their incredible adaptive outdoor experiences from skiing, hiking and horseback riding to rafting, archery, camping and more and how you can get involved as a participant, a volunteer or a donor.
